On 16 January 2013, after complaining through Hellopeter, I received an sms that stated the following; "I acknowledge receipt of your query. Please be advised that our Network is attending to your complaint and will provide you with feedback as soon as possible.
We thank you for your patience thus far.
Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care Cindy Price"
Nobody made contact with me up till 20 February 2013. There is little change in the internet connection. Vodacom service is pathetic! If I were not bound by a contract I would have cancelled my contract with them.
