USELESS AND PATETIC SERVICE

8ta provides the most useless service. 3 weeks after my phone is gone in all I get is stories.
The store manager is useless together with the whole management team.
A total of 40 calls have been made and I got no response and if I got a response its only.
Im paying for a contract for 3 weeks yet I don't have the mobile device do they think I pull the money from their grannies back yard.
Disgusted at service
