Poor Service

The service at Reggies in the Eikestad Mall, Stellenbosch is sooooo bad. Items are not priced or priced incorrectly. You have to wait 20 minutes to get a price for an item, and then it is different from the one that was quoted. I have asked to be contacted when items that are not in stock arrives, that never happens. The excuse given is that the lady that is doing it is not there... well unless she has been on leave for 6 months, it definitely does not make sense. Staff has NO sense of urgency whatsoever. They think it is completely acceptable to have clients stand waiting for 20 - 30 minutes. Really really bad. Will never visit them again.
