Me again... It's over a week since my last complaint, and many weeks since I first logged this issue. And yes, I will be logging onto Hellopeter every week until you either: 1) Resolve the problem or 2) Release me from the 2 year contract so that I can move to a network that can serve me better...
How many Hellopeters will it take to get this sorted out, I wonder.
