BAD SERVICE FROM CELL C

I ported my number to Cell C because apparently they are better - NOT!!! Took out a new contract and guess what i constantly have No Network Coverage, so that means i cannot use my phone at all when i am at home - cant call, send imessages, sms or whats app because there is network - i am so angry because it has been over 2 weeks and no one has got back to me, i sent back the form that i was supposed to, i called back in last week, the lady said end of the week you should get an aswer, NOTHING once again!!!
then i tell my dad to port to Cell C from Virgin Mobile!!! he did, he cannot even make calls, send messages or anything! I called in, no they are logging a call, must wait 24-48 hours, call again after 48 hours, nothing has been done, another call will be logged but guess what i have to wait another 48 hours, why cant they help me NOW!!! now they telling me there is NO problem!!! RORY from Cell C has an attitude and cannot help me!!! THIS IS I WANT IT SORTED OUT OR I WANT MY CONTRACTS CANCELLED NOW!!! DO SOMETHING NOW, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!
