Cell C
3G not working

I'm clueless as to what to do more. I have complained on Hellopeter. I have complained on the Cell C website. I have completed a Network Feedback logging form. And still 2 weeks later my problem is not sorted out.
I just want nothing to do with Cell C and I want my contract terminated so I can go to a different service provider.
