Phone in repairs for a month

Really its unacceptable, I sent my phone on the 21st January 2013, handed over with the guy Masabatha, who took in the phone which was only gonna be sorted out within 3 weeks, its was only the mouse of my blackberry that is not working, Am still not getting the Phone, the reason am really getting tired is that every time, I call the call centre, the matter will be handled and will be prioritise I spoke to Lerato on the 04/02/2013 at 15.40 she gave me ref USD1714245, that she is prioritise the matter, no one got back to me, Am still gonna be deducted amount on my Account by mtn, thou & I don't have the phone that am paying for, its still under guarantee, the thing they promised I will get the phone, if they are Honest enough to update its better, but nothing is Happening, I am really tired, its unethical and Bad I need my phone, what am I using, they don't care, but they deduct every month
