Phone not fixed after 4 MONTHS!!!

Hi

February I sent my phone in for repairs because it was switching itself off and back on by itself while I was busy or while it was just lying there. The phone was sent in from the Potchefstroom branch in the Mooirivier Mall and came back after 3 weeks with EXACTLY the same problem. So I thought anyone can make a mistake and booked the phone in for a second time. Once again, the phone came back with the same problem. So for a third time I sent it in and then for a 4th and a 5th!!! Now I don't even know where the phone is!!! I then drove all the way to Johannesburg, 14th Ave Head Office to see if I can get it sorted out myself. There I waited for an hour before a man from the Complaints Department arrived. I wasn't even taken to an office and everything was handled at the front desk!!! He then said he will give me a call and promised me he will sort it out. Its now been a month and no phone call!!! So I called him and after speaking with 7 different people I eventually got to him. He had done NOTHING whatsoever and doesn't even know where the phone is!!! And as an honest person I've been paying my bill every month without even having the phone I'm paying for!!! RIDICULOUS!!!
