ABSOLUTE POOR SERVICE AND ZERO ASSISTANCE

I find myself calling MWeb continuously due to extremely slow ADSL speeds. In this lengthy process, the call gets cut off randomly. I am offered to do continuous speed tests, over and over. I have been trying to set up my e-mail on my Iphone since I've joined MWeb (4 months ago) and till today I can not retrieve my e-mail via the e-mail setup on my phone. I have received various excuses - the best yet - MWeb doesn't support mobile devices. Why would I have transferred from Vodacom to Mweb to be stuffed around for this???

Once the 6 months are up, I fear I will be joining Vodacom again. It is shocking to see the pathetic service companies offer their clients. Clearly the monthly fees and 20 minute call centre calls are enough to drive people away.
