Pathetic service from Cell C Direct

After being nagged for weeks to do an early upgrade I gave in, the consultant then asked if I had any airtime on my fone as I was on a top up contract & advised that becoz I want to move over 2 an open line, I would lose the airtime - I used airtime which I had available on my fone under this advice. I called back & got told that I'm not due for an early upgrade. After being sent from pillar to post on countless occasions & nobody calls back after telling you they would, I was eventually assisted by Zanele on 9/4/13 who advised me after speaking 2 her superior that I can upgrade & I rec'v my new fone 11/4/13 as she would put a rush on the dispatch. 10/04/13 I received an sms telling me the upgrade was processed successfully which excited me (high hopes), a few minutes after that I received another sms from Cell C - cr of 700 airtime & 100sms's (CONFUSING). Called customer services - still no joy, still no fone and STILL SERVICE - I've been a cust of Cell C for > 5 yrs & this is the worst service I have ever rec'd. Clearly offering excel't service & retaining their cust's is something they dont care abt. If I don't get an answer today, CellC would lose a cust & sure dont care
