Pathetic service from Cell C

On the 14.10.2013 my cell phone new Iphone 5 contract stopped working on the internet i reported it to the cll centre who had a dont care attitude. I lodged a complant on Hello peter and was contacted on the friday 18.10.2013 by Sidefree who promised to give me feedback on the problem cause they were working on it as he was working the weekend. it is now nearly a week later and low and behold NO call from sidefree or my internet back on my phone. I am now going to lodge a complant with ICASA because cell c do not give the customer service that they promise.
