Cell C make promises but fail to delive

Being from Joburg, and now working in Lephalale I was looking for a service provider with excellent signal for my cellphone and laptop. Then in December 2012 whilst driving along the road, I noticed a billboard from Cell C which stated 'Lephalale, we've got you covered. Our 2G, 3G, HSPA, LTE ready network has arrived' Having been very excited about seeing this billboard I went and bought a prepaid sim for my cell, and took out the 20gig contract for my laptop when I went home for the holiday. I checked the coverage map in the Cell C store and I was covered with 3G. To my utter disappointment, after returning to lepahale in the new year, I noticed that I have very poor signal on my cell and NO internet connection on my laptop. After phoning cell c about the problem, they told me that their LTE network will only be arriving at the end of February. This is completely unacceptable. This is blatant, false advertising. Having been given the runaround by the clueless call centre, I am now stuck with a major problem. I am seriously considering cancelling my contract and choosing MTN or Vodacom.
