Disconnection of Paid Contract

I have been a loyal Cell C subscriber of for the past 3 years. In all I've had 4 contracts with them but currently 3 active as 1 expired and I upgraded.

The one time I don't pay my 1 out of 3 contracts Cell C decides to disconnect all my services even the ones that havee been paid for. I found this not only infuriating but highly unethical.

Yes the ownise is on me to make sure my accounts are up to date but what angers me is 1 contract was not paid, why disconnect all my lines?? After having spoken to the a Mr Mandla Ncube from the complaints department who has managed to assist in getting my lines re-connected,

I still feel the system in which Cell C operates by being very quick to disconnect all servises because all lines are linked to 1 account is highly irresponsible and very disrespectful to its clients.

Even with Mr Ncube's excellent service, I'm still left with a very bad taste in my mouth as I will now think twice before recommending Cell C to my network.
