My initial complaint to Vodacom is still to be resolved. Questions as to why I am often 'roaming' and why so many of my calls are disconnected - have not been answered. I have also not been informed why I was not assited at their care center.
I have yet to have anyone 'contact' me from Vodacom. Instead I am sent one liner emails from a representative.
