Nomonde from MTN responded to my complaint about the disgusting rip off sale to my deaf son Geoffrey Neame and promised to sort out the problem with the manager of MTN shop in Bayside Shopping Centre but has not got back to me. My guess is that she has not been able to speak to the manager Jackie who does not answer her cell phone. I am extremely disappointed as after Nomonde's call to me I was very optimistic that the problem would be sorted out.
I am not sure what to do next to assist Geoffrey who is deaf, and cannot communicate verbally. He has a phone that he doesn't fully understand how to operate, that is pushing up his debit order beyond what he can afford, and MTN just happily clears out the little bit of money that he has in his account and I suppose will continue to do for the next 2 years, which is the duration of the contract.
