Sick of vodacom

I have 8 of same model phones break in the exact same way over the past year, vodacom keeps giving me refurbished units that last a few months . now they are charging me for it and if i refuse to pay and decide to just leave the phone i get billed simply because they printed a invoice . i have had huge problems with them recently and i am now sick of it!
