Foschini
All i want is my settlement figure

I have been trying to get my settlement figure from foschini since 18.06.13. I went into their store in Westgate to pay off the account, and was told that the account was handed over to the attorneys and must contact them on 0312514000. I called, and was told that they do not have an account for me, and I need to call the Foschini group call centre on 0219387666, which I did. The consultant told me that the account is with Blake and associates on 0315384000 but she will also have them call me, which never happened!!! I then made it my mission to call them directly and could not get through to a consultant as they kept dropping the call on me. I then emailed them and received a response from Leeann Chetty who told me that they do not have an account for me. I'm at my whits end, I don't know what to do anymore. This company has listed me on ITC, and now that I want to pay them, I can't get a settlement amount...
