NO RESPONSE: ONLINE LOG & ESCALATION re. CALL CENTR

23 Jan 2013: Called the Call Centre re. increasing problems with my ADSL line. Shocking service from Call Centre agent (a lady) compelled me to request to speak to a manager. After holding on for more than 32 minutes to speak to manager, I was cut-off. I have reasons to suspect that this was intentional.
Sent a complaint via TELKOM online logging system and received confirmation.
12 Feb 2013: after no response sent an E-mail to Esc centre, received a "read receipt" from one Hosea Magano.
15 Feb 2013: after still no response sent another E-mail, received "read receipts" from Hosea Magano & from Petrus Molale.
I have electronic proof of all the above communications incl. a "screen print" of the online logging & confirmation.
Still no response...
