2 Nov 2012 - Applied online for relocation of Telkom line
end Nov 2012 - Advised by the call centre that infrastructure is not available where I am moving and that I can apply for a wireless telephone line. Call centre confirmed that the month's notice will still apply because I requested it online on 2 Nov 12.
7 Dec 2012 - Went to Telkom walk-in centre Bloemfontein to apply for wireless. They confirmed that the month's notice applies and the new wireless number was setup. I also verbally cancelled my services over the phone while at the call centre. The lady confirmed that the system was offline, but she will process the cancellation.
21 Dec 12 - I phoned 10210 to confirm the cancellations, discovered that nothing was cancelled. Logged a dispute. Ref no.: 69728640A
week of 7 Jan 2013 - Discovered that DSL wasn't cancelled. Ref no.: 70658941A

I just received my February statement. Up to date, no refunds have been made and I am charged again for DSL Fast (R144.74) and Telkom Unlimited Anytime Plan (R299.12) on the old number of 051 446 2248.

I have been paying for DSL and telephone line for 3 months while the service should have been cancelled. Total R1331.58
