I was horrified to find out that my account has just been debited for over R1900 for 2 laptop & 3G card contracts. Considering in December I went in and capped the one 3G contract and the bill for that is now over R600 and I am now getting charges for telephony on both accounts!!! I cannot believe that Autopage cannot get their billing correct. And to crown it all, when I took out the latest contract for my son, I advised them he would be using it in Stellenbosch - needless to say my son has to walk to Mugg & Bean to utilise their wi-fi as he has no reception where he is! What the am I paying for? Autopage think they have me over a barrel with debit orders but watch this space! I am totally disgusted. I vowed once before never to use Autopage due to previous bad experiences and now I am back to where I started!
