DISGUSTING SERVICE - WHERE IS MY CREDIT!!

Prior to my previous e-mails & complaints on Hello Peter, I am still waiting for the following: the credit which they promised (not that they were going to give it to me in hard cash which is what I requested) and secondly I have had a laptop contract for my son in Stellenbosch, promised faithfully he would have 3G connection as he is doing correspondence studying (needless to say Mugg & Bean are enjoying having him there for coffee daily) as he cannot get reception so that is now 5 months of paying for a service which he cannot use! So between the credit I am owed and the reception which I am paying for which he cannot use, Autopage have a lot of explaining to do but all I will get is a automated response like last time and that is where it is left!!
