Pathetic

Due to the fact that we only have one mtn walk in store in the whole of Potchefstroom all the strain has been placed on one store situated in the mooiriver mall. there are 3 service desks but only 2 assistants. The pace at which they work is very pathetic. you can be assured if you do not stand and wait for them to open in the morning then be prepared to stand and wait for at least 45 minutes to see an assistant/consultant
something should really be done to eliviate the pressure on this small little branch as it is going to influence customer relations in a huge way
