Worst Internet ISP on the planet!!! disgusting

Tried to migrate our line to afrihost was told there was no down time, Oren told me our line would be up at 9 o'clock Friday after a week of no Internet! Then 9 o'clock came, still no Internet, when I contacted Oren back he to me again telling me he would personally solve it on Sunday! He never pitched to work, still without Internet! I spoke to several people that told me different stories, now being told we have to wait 2 more weeks for Internet, called again, spoke to a highly incompetent floor manager Gary Piner who does not know how to speak to customers, I have yet to wait for a response! This is disgusting service I lost valuable business on Friday as was told then Internet would be working! We have not been offered a solution or compensation only! I have told so many ppl over the past 2 years about afrihost getting at least 12-15 people to join! I was sadly mistaken and am going to share my disgust with everyone I know through Facebook and twitter as I am completely shocked at the way they conduct business!!!
