This is the the second time I am writing about Afrihost on Hello Peter.

My line is a 2mb line when I check the speeds it 1mb.

They Charge me R397 for a 2mb line.

I called into the call center, they advised me that I should take a screen shot of the it.

I did this, emailed it to the accounts department.

One of their consultants emailed me back and and told me to log into client zone to update it there.

I did this same story I am still on a 1mb.

My internet is now disconnected, who knows why.

The first time I wrote on Hello Peter is because they were so incompetent they cut off my ADSL.

Needless to say this will be my last month with Afrihost, Mweb is looking pretty good from where I am.

Get my internet up today, I have had it with you people. You are a Bunch of.
