Afrihost is useless

I run an internet based business which is hosted at Afrihost's Gallo Manor data centre. For the past three days there have been intermittent periods of downtime. Now for the past 2 days my website and email have been completely offline. As my business is completely internet based this has effectively shut my business down for 2 days (and counting). I cannot even communicate the problems to my clients as everything related to my business has been offline for 2 days. Afrihost staff are unhelpful and seem incompetent to fix this issue. As soon as I am able to get access to my data I will be moving elsewhere and I would advise anyone looking for web hosting or data centre services to avoid Afrihost like the plague and avoid having to be subjected to the disgusting incompetence I have had to endure.
