Vodacom are unable to supply the service that they market and that I as a customer pay for, The 3G network and even the EDGE services are unstable and the connection keeps failing. I have tried to have the problem resolved by contacting the call centre - big mistake. The incompetence and ignorance of the consultants just infuriates me.

Since my work, and therefore my income, is dependent on access to the internet I am really upset that the service I pay for is suddenly not available.

I am currently on hold trying again to get some answers or assistance from the call centre but having listened to "hold music" for 15 minutes already my blood pressure is through the roof!

If you have a contract with these companies and they fail to deliver are they not in breach of the contract and should they not reimburse you?
