Why are mtn taking my money

I have canceled my internet with mtn and paid the settle fee that they wanted to close my contract in february, since then they are stil taking my money and was almost 7 times in and said thei wil come back to me, after a weeks wait stil no answer and the back again, i dont have money and they are taking it all, my bank account is going in the red every month because of them, but the dont worry because i am only 1 person, the wont take responsibility for the debt, the have taken almot R6000 from february, when is it going to stop and wil the give my money back, i would just like for mtn to call me back and make things right.
