Vodacom
Biggest 3G Network, (Please redial, network busy)

I have been battling with Vodacom with this issue for ages...

Vodacom advertised that they have the BIGGEST and MEANEST network.. But let me tell you what they do not tell you... Those already on the Vodacom network, with be able to confess.

The Vodacom network is TOO congested, they CAN NOT support their current traffic. Do not fall for their advertising fish hooks... Its half the truth.

Some points:
1. Consistently failure to make calls. (tried to redial a Vodacom number just now... 9 times... it keeps failing.)
2. Edge (some areas) does not respond.
3. Call dropping
4. Voice phone call is not connecting, when you speak, the receiver can't hear, and vice appalling... (you are paying for every call that failed to connect like this)

I have been speaking to Vodacom about this for more than a year.. They absolutely nothing... Each time they give same appalling excuse.

PS. Vodacom, my patience already ran out. And my end of my contract is nigh.. If no improvement is imminent... I WILL NOT RENEW.
