Wow, this most proberbly on of the worst service experience I have encountered. I did an upgrade last month and was initially told the new phone will arrive within 7 days. Three weeks and a few phonecalls later, the phone finally arrived. So the next challenge is to get the phone activated. After 20 minutes holding on for a someone to assist, I finally dropped the call. Decided to call back at a later stage and had the same issue. Then, after finally speaking to someone, I am told that someone else will call me back. Perhaps cell c is ok with answering calls within 20 minutes. However, as a consumer, I am not!! Yes, the rates are good but it means nothing if you cannot back it up with service... PS - Cell C please remove the automated voice saying that you know that my time is important because clearly to you its not!
