Network coverage in my area

I hve an mtn business contract running for the past 8 to 10 years i have never had a network problem untll 2 to 3 months ago i have contacted the mtn network coverage department in november and laid a complaint they told me that it takes 2 to 10 days for a response up untill today i have not gotten a response i then phones inn 5 times thereafter and laid complaints i was told that someone will contact me and atten to my problem but still havent gotten any joy out of this. this is my business line i am loosing tons of business as my phone is forever on sos or i cannot hear my clients and the calls just cuts off the other option i have to to walk up my road to use my phone... i cannot understand why a huge service provider like mtn cannot provide suffiecient network in my area. and there customer service and feedback is terrible. if i do not get any help in this matter i request mtn to terminate this contract with immediate effect and i will shift over to vodacom. i also have 2 contracts running with mtn at the moment
