I ordered a Samsung S4 on Monday the 02.09.2013 I was told that my contract had been approved and the it would take 3 - 7 working days till I receive my phone. Today is the 13.09.2013 and I am still waiting on my phone. This is unacceptable that you make promises to clients that you cant deliver on. Too top it off every time I called I keep getting put through to the next person and nobody can seem to help me and I get treated like I am the. Eventually I find out that my phone was sent to Port Elizabeth on the 11.09.2013. Then I get told the phone will arrive in Cape Town on the morning of the 12.09.2013. and that I will receive it on the 12.09.2013. Today is the 13.09.2013 and still no Samsung Galaxy S4. I think that this is terrible customer service and I am still expected to enter into a contract for the next 24 months with CELL C. How in heavens name am I supposed to trust a company that cant deliver on promises before the contract has even started. The people working in your call centres are very incompetent and treats the clients like they are stupid and they can never give you a straight forward answer. PLEASE TELL ME HOW THE DO YOU EXPECT ME TO TRUST CELL C.
