No response to downgrade request

Yesterday at 11.52am I sent through a request to be downgraded from this disgraceful 2mb throttled toa 1mb premium pacakge.

You throttling is an insult to internet, and that comping from a company that less than 6m ago said it was a terrible idea. Can I get that sorted out immediately as my internet is completely unusable as it is. it would need to be throttled less just to be unusable. You guys really need to rethink that slap in that face you call a product
