If someone tells you they will do something!

If someone makes an appointment with you and doesn't keep to it anyone would get ticked of.
So the telkom technician came to my house on Monday (allot sooner than he was supposed to so i was grateful), he told me there is a problem with the lines under the ground and someone would come and fix it that day or the next and Iwas like awesome! So today 5days later no one has pitched and I phone telkom just to find out what is going on.
I get transferred from one guy to the next explaining to everyone what the problem is (and this is fine).
So then I get to Eva, and from the start I can hear she doesn't really want to help me.
Now I don't care who you r but don't give me a attitude I didn't do anything wrong I just wanted to know what is happening.
If that person was working for me I would fire her cus this is how you lose business.
This was totally unprofessional and you should really get these types of people out of you call center.
Most of the time it's not about what you say but about how you say it.
