NO SUPPORT FROM DATASERVICES

I am beyond frustrated and extremely dissapointed with MTN Data Services. i started emails to resolve my slow internet services on the 30th of January 2013, i received the basic email responses advising that they received my query and "someone" will look into in it. Then passing my query between webmaster and data coverage department. i received a mail saying my services are slow because i've depleted my 3GB bundle and i tried to explain that it's so slow that i can most days not access webpages BUT nobody looked passed the 3GB issue. My contract works from 13th - 13th which, should have meant my 3GB's kicking in 2 days ago BUT yesterday i managed to do a speedtest (supported by MTN) and results was 0.05Mbps download/0.06Mbps upload. Alltime low for the last 3 weeks which was in any case never higher than 0.10/0.11Mbps. Now you can not even get through to the MTN Data service department's call centre. The number does not work. My business is suffering and i had to get internet access via another service provider. In the meantime i'm paying MTN for "no data service"... :(
