Blackberry problem, no answer at call centre

I've had no internet connection on my blackberry all day today and therefore my BBM and whatsapp are not working. I've called the vodacom call centre on 111 twice but there is no answer - I've been on hold for over an hour each time, and have had to tolerate listening to their stupid songs while being on hold.
I need this sorted out immediately!
