Long Time Customer gets SHODDY treatment

I have been a customer of Vodacom for many, many, many years. In the past few months I have received the most shocking treatment by their accounts department and as of the 12th of February 8 lines have been deleted 4 of which were deleted WITHOUT ANY notification. Proof of paymnets made since October 2012 as well as statements were faxed to 0115468666 on the 2nd of February 2013 at 15:50. I have yet to received feedback on whether that fax was even received or if what I had sent through was what they needed.

I logged a chat on their Facebook page I received a call back today to be told that they "have record that you were contacted but apparently you weren't" I take tremendous offence to the way I was spoken to as if I am pretending that I was never contacted. To me, being contacted means I am called or emailed. I have received no emails regarding the accounts except for my usual statements and no one has had the decency of calling me either. Apparently an sms was sent BUT if a line is hardlocked/deleted no communication could possibly come through.

I now see why Vodacom is being seen in a more negative light.
