Unauthorised deductions

Today (11 Jan 2013) I realised that a debit order is going of from my bank account each month that I was not sure about. After following up, it has become clear that I am paying for a Mrs Sandile's account and each month debited from my account.

I have never even heard of Elite Mobile and they certainly seem like an awfull company seeing that they deduct money from my account for another person. This is very concerning to me because it seems like they have authority to tap into your account without your knowledge.

They better refund me ASAP.
