I have had on and off problems for approx 5 months the wifi works then drops now it does not work at all on my computer, tablet, phone or play station. I have logged calls from 4 feb and still waiting for the matter to be resolved. I run a tourism and social network on the system but what do they care. I get told the same thing everyday by a consultant that they will escalate the matter!! i am still WAITING FOR THE MATTER TO BE SORTED OUT! BUT THEY QUICK TO TAKE YOUR PAYMENT EVERY MONTH
DONT GET 8TA THEIR SERVICE IS SHOCKING?
