For a person that has two cell c contracts and an mtn prepaid card as well as histiry of mtn contracts i have never experienced worst service from vodacom.having bought a vodacom phone a month ago and now experiencing problems because i cant buy bundles for a blackberry phone.having called many times and having a fault logged after 3 days i still have not recivied any help on this matter but everyday the network deducts more and more airtime for these services which i dont have.i have been waiting for a tech for 3 days to contactr me n have phoned many times to the customer care but keep getting told the same thing.i must wait for a tech but we dont know how long it could take.i have never experenced this kind of terrible and more relaxed service from any of the other networks in south africa and i would never recommend vodacom to anyone after the service and problems im having after just one month with the network.clearly vodacom is only trying to attract customers to their network by false advertising that they are the best network esp for smart phones but cannot deliver the service needed when we do choose them.i am def moving to another network this weekend.
