Vodacom WORST service EVER!!

Truely Pathetic! 6 calls in one day about a billing query! And still no resolution to anything! Your agents are sloppy and have no customer service skills at all! NO problem resolution skills, NO listening skills and absolutely NO idea how any of your systems or procedures should work. I shudder to think what next. Your Team leaders are no better after the call i had on 1 feb 2013 because i am still waiting for that call back as well. Training is sorely lacking and if my experience yesterday is anything to go by i am in for another battle today trying to confirm why my new data contract with modem is still not active more that 36hrs later!!
After years of having a contract well and truelly considering cancelling all and moving on, not worth the headache or the time and effort!
