STILL FRUSTRATED WITH VODACOM, STILL NO RESOLUTION

Well been 7 days already since my last complaint. To date I was assisted by the VodaShop Gateway (Shop G278), at least I found one person @ Vodacom with great people skills and customer service skills, Thank you Neeraj.

But alas, Neeraj could not resolve my Vodacom woes, though he attempted my sim swap, to the correct sim for my handset, Vodacom Online Store had not completed my port, even though they sent me SMS confirmation telling me the port to Vodacom was approved.

I have emailed all my documentation, Identity doc, bank statements, utility bill and salary advice, on Friday 18th October as requested by Adnaan van Heerden, who attempted to resolve my complaint from last week (PC-ZH7W-3P4Z8K). But I have not heard from him since.

And it's the end of the day as we know it... NO RESOLUTION, NO FEEDBACK, NO CONTACT, NO VODACOM
