Called in to the mtn call center as i was looking to get help on my sim swop was asking for my call logs as i never used this sim card and i was told that they cannot assist me with this as i am suppose to have that i told them that my sim card was ricad with my details and they told me that rica has those they do not have it it seems like mtn is running a curcis and not a service profiding company and now i cant use my sim card as it shows error and it only works in one phone my number is 0780241928 and i have no other sim card to even try and call the call center as they never have correct information i thought of moving to another network but i wont as i am to long with mtn i would like this to be fixed asap
