So friendly, and helpful

My contract is due for upgrade since Oct last year, and since I was on lookout for deal that suits me, I am very picky and always consider different options when choosing contract, When last week I walked in Vodacom Shop in Craighall, I was greeted by Dima, and invited to sit, She was so efficient picking my requirements, We went trough different packages and price plans, Then she printed for me what we picked (4-5 different options, ) so I can go home and do my homework, which will suite most and Value for money for me.
Today I decided to go for one of the deals (still not 100% convinced) and I went back to her (I was pleasantly surprised that she remembered me) to find out more of different call charges for different packages. She went out of her normal duty to help me get idea which package will be better. Then it came clear that they don't have stock of the phone I was interested on, She said that they placed order last week when I made the first enquiry, And will contact me when they have stock so I can come and sign the new contract, I still have few days to study different options". Thanks Dima for your patience and understanding. I might even get second contract for my wife:-)
