Cell C CellC CellC... I have been with CellC for 6 years and I don't know why I keep going back cause I always get a bad service... I don't even know where to start... On the 9th Jan I reported my phone and I put a claim in for CellC cover to replace my phone as I am paying for insurance anyway firstly it took the till the 4th of February to finally replace my phone, reason being it was at Ram and I had to suffer and wait till they finalize their investigations... point taken but I still had to fight cause I could not understand why I was been dragged in the internal processes.
Now the very same day on the 4th of Feb I logged a call for a sim swap to be done, I have been calling them even day! Today is the 13th of Feb the sim swap is still not done, I call them every day and I get promised that a call will be escalated and I will be contacted by the relevant people... when I call I get all the different stories.
1, There is no record of a sim swap request
2, they claim that they have called me and I told them that I don't need a sim swap anymore.
3, they tell me that they tried calling me and because I did not pick up they cancelled the request
