Secunda bandwidth is simply unacceptable

My complaint is not new and has certainly been raised before. The bandwidth for Vodacom data connections in the Secunda area is simply abysmal! Everyone obviously pays the same as any other customer in SA (you always pay, no matter what...) but I'm currently at the point where I simply cannot even use up all of my 4GB per month! The download/upload rates are literally slower than dail-up. I have a screen shot which will show "15.8MB in the last 15 hours" according to my data meter.

As a client with no less than 7 Vodacom contracts, 2 since 1998 already, I expect Vodacom to make it a high priority of theirs to provide a solution, SOON! This issue has been raised many months ago and many times before. Its unthinkable that a company with their stature, market share and resources can leave a critical-to-customers issue like this for so long!

Seriously, please resolve this long standing issue.
