Wow, Vodacom. You have surprised me. You've hired someone who is actually totally brilliant! Really don't know how you managed to do it. So often I've been all but distraught with the level of "service".

Today, when I called in at 8:30pm... I met a very professional, Tshidiso Motloung.

He pointed out the pros and cons of the Talk75s package and how I could add a R63.50 top up for an additional 50minutes - which would give me a total of 125mins. (He was quick to point out that this made the Talk75s more desirable than the Talk120s, as one would be paying R50 less for 5mins more.

(That would then allow me to make out of bundle anytime calls for R1, 99/60 per second to other networks, and R165/60 per second to vodacom, the same rate as the Talk120s).

He proceeded to calculate, consider and explain, how the Blackberry100s would again be R50more and give me 25less minutes call time

(He did include my insurance costs, caller identity and an sms bundle - adding that the sms bundle was only cheaper for sending peak time sms).

Just a good salesman? No, he was more than a salesman, he understood my questions and answered them, with a solution that worked for me. Thank you, Tshidiso!
