6 Deductions from my account

A lady from 8ta phoned me and supply me with a 8ta contract she never told me about SO Music. When 8ta started to deduct from my account So Music also started. I phone them to stop and on 12/04/2012 it has been stop after numerous calls I never received my money. On the 25/06/2013 So music and all it's other partners again deducted from my account 6 times. From the 26/06/2013 they say 5 days the money will be in my account nothing has happen till now. I have phoned them from the 26/06/2013 every day with no luck I want all my money they have deducted from 2011 because I never authorised any deduction I am not familiar with this company I assigned a contract with 8ta and no SO Music. 8ta refuse to give me the recorded conversation we had we I assigned for this contract. PLEASE HELP!!! The last time we spoke to Mahendren Moopanar from SO Music on the 10/07/2013 he told us he will come back to me the next day with feedback nothing had happen.
