Non delivery of phone - upgrade done via mtn direc

I phoned mtn on 25 Jan and did upgrade. On 29 Jan my phone was delivered, however because my RICA address had changed, the courier company took the phone back. The phone was now going to be sent back to mtn JHB, I live in Uitenhage/Port Elizabeth. Since then I have been phoning to find out when I can expect to receive my phone. I get told to phone the courier company, which is not a free call, or I get told that my sales person "Lebogang" will call me back. This never happens??? The last time I called I got told that I cannot be put through to Lebogang, but that an email will be sent to him, his supervisor and I would be put on copy. This has also not happened! I am fed up with phoning after someone to give them more business!!! I feel like cancelling the contract!!! I'm seriously FED UP!!
