Get it subscription debited without my concensus

Seeing get it debits on my account in Dec for R34.21X2 excluding vat, raised the issue on 04/01 REF NO: 5970214. No one came back to me. am cancelling the contract and the consultant is telling me I must take it up with Get it and not them but they gave my banking details to them.
