So after many days of phone calls, e-mails and visiting the shop I am at the point where I can pick another phone or model that is of the same value as the original. This is great and all, but the original phone is the only one that is the same value. Any other phone will cost me either R2000 or I will be losing out on the payments. What is even worse is the fact that I cannot change my upgrade contract. As I took a BIS-subscription I will still have to pay this, whether or not I take a Blackberry or not. So my only choice is to take the same phone. And have the same problem. And come into the shops every other day. I have been to this shops more than 9 times in the last month, spending almost an hour every day. Since my upgrade on 8 January I have only been able to use the phone for about 7 days. No seems to be able to help or accommodate me. I have been reasonable and understanding, but this is utterly unacceptable. Roelien from Jo'burg, please contact me.
